Our Spring Round Table resulted into an extremely enlightening discussion!

Prof. Dr. Rak delivered a great introduction to the topic with the presentation on the Importance of Resolution for Image Guided Surgery. Then Prof. Dr. Caversaccio elaborated on Robotic Systems for CI sharing his extensive experience in the field. Prof. Dr. Baumgartner gave insights on the HEARO system and whether the robots can perform surgeries autonomously. To continue with the discussion, Prof. Dr. Topsakal described the journey towards a True Cochlear Implant Robot. Last but not least, Prof. Dr. Müller presented his take on Robotic Assistance in Cochlear Implant Electrode Insertion. The expert talks were followed by a lively discussion.
