This course is comprised of four lectures by our renowned experts followed by a panel discussion. Prof. Dr. Piotr Skarzynski gives some fantastic insights on “Intra-Operative Measurement During Electrode Insertion EAS”. Prof. Dr. Mario Cebulla shares his expertise on “Intra-Operative Monitoring: Facial Nerve”. Prof. Dr. Lassaletta talks about one of his favorite topics titled “Intraoperative Monitoring: Vestibular Schwannoma”. Prof. Dr. Rajeswaran gives a brilliant presentation sharing his experience in implementing “Objective Measures in Children with Auditory Brainstem Implant”.  To sum up the course, our speakers engage in a discussion moderated by Prof. Dr. Andreas Radeloff answering such questions as “How important is hearing preservation, and also structure preservation, to you in CI surgery?”, “How can we generate acceptance among other surgeons for novel monitoring techniques?” and “How important is it for you to collaborate with other disciplines and how can we promote this?”.
